Every Arvico order ships free anywhere in the United States — no minimum purchase, no exclusions, no surprises at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay, and we never collect sales tax.

Processing Time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your distance from our South Carolina facility.
• Fireplaces, fire pits, and heaters ship in standard parcels with protective packaging. No item in our catalog requires freight shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes carrier tracking. If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days of your order, contact us at support@arvico.store and we will investigate the same day.

Shipping Coverage

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the box and contents and email support@arvico.store within 48 hours. We will ship a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
